2. Delivery info
I ship from Bulgaria and the time for delivery to outside Europe usually takes about 10 - 15 Business days and in Europe usually 7-10 business days.
Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods like Christmas for example.
I send with recorded mail, which includes a tracking number.
3. Returned, unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, or because the address was not correct, I will give you 2 options - I will either refund the money and cancel the transaction or resend the package.
If you decide to cancel the transaction, I will refund only the amount of the items and I will not refund the postage costs.
If you decide to have it resent to you, I will charge the postage costs once again.
4. All items are sent with priority, signed-for mail with a tracking number.
